- Some cars take a short lock-picking mini-game to steal, so you no longer always smash the window.
- You can stash clothes and weapons in a car and change your look while the police are searching for you.
- Shooting out tyres disables pursuing police cars.
- Street races, track races, dirt-bike races and car meets all appear as activities.
